The REHACARE 2023 in Düsseldorf is now a little over a week behind us, and here at Ossenberg, we’d like to take a look back at this exciting event. The fair once again provided an opportunity to showcase our products and ideas to a wide audience and explore new trends in rehabilitation and care. We were thrilled with the numerous visitors, engaging conversations, and the developments we were able to experience at the fair.
International Recognition
This year, we saw an increased number of customers and prospects from abroad making the journey. We’re pleased that our products and solutions are gaining international attention. The diversity of people who visited our booths reflected the global significance of rehabilitation and care.
Inclusion and Digitalization
Our CEO, Martin Lisker, gave a positive assessment of the fair. He emphasized that Ossenberg can fully identify with the strong emphasis on inclusion and digitalization in the healthcare market. REHACARE 2023 was evidence of how innovations and technological advancements can significantly improve the lives of people with special needs. Presenting our product portfolio to the international market is a clear focus for the years to come.
Fair Highlights
One highlight of REHACARE 2023 was undoubtedly our Parkinson Cane. Our colleague, Björn Furche, even had the opportunity to be interviewed by the fair to explain the innovation behind this product. You can watch the interview here: Video
The response to our Ganymed walking aids was also impressive. It was remarkable to see how these walking aids immediately improved posture for back-friendly movement and ideal weight distribution for joint-friendly positioning among our fair visitors. The joy over this transformation in people who have relied on walking aids for a long time was a beautiful moment for all of us at the booth. Autumn Special on Walking Sticks

OssenBÄR Raffle
During the fair, we conducted the OssenBÄR raffle for the first time. Our colleague Björn Furche had the support of Andreas Gröbner on one of the fair days. Andreas has been a long-time companion of ours. Since 2017, he has been using a leg prosthesis but has not let that stop him from walking the Camino de Santiago, not just once, but multiple times. He was accompanied by forearm crutches from Ossenberg, which supported him as loyal companions. Three large and two small OssenBÄRs were raffled off every day at the fair. The joy among the winners was immense, and for those who were no longer at the fair, our brand bear made its way to their homes.

Our colleague Björn Furche and Andreas Gröbner took on the role of lottery fairies on the first and second days of the fair, drawing our winners.
