Karsten Wulf (*1971), founded the buw Group in 1993 after training as an insurance specialist and studying business administration. After developing to over 6,000 employees and thus becoming the largest owner-managed provider of holistic customer management solutions in Europe and successfully sold the company in 2016. Today, as a "full-blooded entrepreneur", he invests in medium-sized companies and real estate projects with zwei.7 and is also a co-partner of Ossenberg GmbH.

For more than 30 years, Burkhard Bensmann (*1959) has been working as a consultant and coach for the first management level. He also teaches as an honorary professor for communication and organizational development at the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences, writes reference books and broadcasts a podcast. He is passionate about self-leadership and his mission is to support entrepreneurial people, especially in change processes.

Lars Kilchert (*1988) is one of Germany's youngest and most successful digital healthcare entrepreneurs. As the founder of pflege.de in Hamburg (now part of the Paul Hartmann Group), he built Germany's largest online platform for private care services. He has broad expertise in digitalization, digital marketing, technology, and platform economics, combined with a deep understanding of the German care and healthcare system. After completing his dual degree in Business Administration, he joined the company builder Hanse Ventures. Shortly after, he became self-employed in 2011. After 15 years, Lars Kilchert left pflege.de in 2026 and is now pursuing new, innovative projects in the Digital Health+Care sector — whether as an entrepreneur, advisor, board member, or business angel.

As long-standing Managing Director of Medi-Markt Homecare GmbH and Mediclean GmbH, he was responsible for expanding one of Germany's leading homecare providers and successfully developing the companies further.
He has deep expertise in homecare, provision of medical aids, sales, and digitalization, as well as in navigating the German healthcare and reimbursement system. His focus lies on sustainable growth, operational excellence, and the further development of business models in the healthcare market.
Today, Markus Reichel serves as Managing Director of n:aip Deutschland GmbH and supports companies as an advisor and board member. His focus is on combining operational execution expertise with strategic development.
